1. The voucher is valid for 12 months. You can select the start from date.
2. The voucher is non-refundable
How it works
After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with the voucher in pdf file. There will also be a unique code that works as a discount when buying ticket(s) for any event. How to apply it?
1. Select an event or product and click the “Add to cart” button.
2. On the checkout page enter your discount code (see the screenshot below).
3. The system will automatically subtract the value of the voucher (200, 500 or 1000 CZK). Complete the purchase in the standard way.
4. You will receive a confirmation email.
