“Netcycling” or a Weekday Evening Bike Ride

Like Netwalking but on bicycles. We’ll enjoy a relaxed evening bike ride and then stop for a drink or dinner to have a friendly chat!
You don’t need to own a bike! The routes are planned so that they are perfectly rideable on a shared bike and we start and finish near a shared bike station.

Hello Discoverers!
I would like to offer you an opportunity to actively rewind and to enjoy a lovely summer evening with a friendly group of people.
Newcomers to Prague can make friends and get to know the best places for cycling in Prague. This trip is also great for those of you who would like to build up their stamina before signing up for a longer, more demanding cycling trip.
RECOMMENDED BIKE
A hybrid or mountain bike will be the best. City bikes and scooters might be fine, too. However, the route is less suitable for road, single-speed or fixie bikes.
Your cycle has to be fitted with a functional rear red light. We recommend having a front light as well.
Not owning a bicycle doesn’t have to stop you from joining us!
The route is perfectly rideable on a Nextbike. I plan the rides so that we will start and finish near a shared bike station for you to comfortably return it.
Netcycling in Northern Heights

This time I’ve planned a pleasant ride through the woods on the northern edge of the city – the Ďáblický háj and Čimický háj and then a downhill ride through Bohnicke valley to the Vltava. The cycling path along the river will bring us to Troja and we’ll end the ride with a supper in the beautiful Stromovka Park.
DIFFICULTY: Easy to Medium
Around 15 km, one short ascent, otherwise mostly flat or downhill.
MEETING POINT
At 18:30 outside of “Střížkov” metro C station
If you can not find the group, call Filip at +420 739 370 212.
There is a Nextbike stand just outside of the station.
You can reserve a bike via their app!
If no bike is available, you can bring one from another station.
End point: We will finish at Šlechtova restaurace in Stromovka in Prague 7. The neares metro is “Nádraží Holešovice”.
WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU
Comfortable sporting clothes and shoes (ideally with reflective stripes), a bottle of water

This trip is suitable for sporty kids from 10 years. Children < 16 years go free (you will enter ‘child16’ coupon code at the checkout).
