Cycle with us in three countries and explore the beautiful UNESCO protected Lednice – Valtice Cultural Landscape. You don’t need to have your own cycle to join this trip!
HIGHLIGHTS:

- Wine-testing in a local winery
- Visit the confluence of the rivers Morava and Dyje which forms the border of three countries (A, CZ, SK)
MEETING TIME & LOCATION: At 7:30 am on Saturday June 23 at Prague Main Railway Station.

Bicycle rental
You don’t need to have a bicycle to join this event. You can rent one at Breclav Train station for 475 CZK/2 days. They provide decent hybrid bikes, ideal for our trip. For a photo click here.
We will meet at 7:30 am on Saturday June 23 at Prague Main Railway Station. See the picture below.
The train journey to Breclav takes 3 hours.
BRIEF ITINERARY
(You will receive detailed itinerary a few days before the trip)
Saturday
Lednicko – valticky areal, wine tasting in a local winery, about 50 km of easy cycling
Sunday
Circular trip to the confluence of Morava and Dyje – You will cycle in the Czech Republic, Austria and Slovakia in one day! About 60 km of easy cycling
We should be back at Prague Main Station on Sunday at 20:07
DIFFICULTY: Easy to Moderate
Saturday: 50 km of cycling, Sunday: 60 km
mostly flat terrain on both days
WHAT TO BRING WITH YOU: Pack light
sunscreen, insect repellent, rain coat, pyjamas, toiletries
You don’t need to bring a sleeping bag
PRICE: 1290 Kc or 1090 Kc with Discovery Pass
Includes round-trip train fare, camp site accommodation (in cabins for 4 people, bedding is provided), Sunday breakfast, myself as your guide and organizer, Tour Operator Insurance and a photo report.
What is not included: Bike rental, wine-tasting admission, food and drink
