Cross-country skiing is not just a popular Czech winter pastime but also a great full body workout!
This trip is suitable for both beginners and advanced cross country skiers.

Let’s head to the Jizera mountains for cross-country skiing! This time in Kořenov!
DIFFICULTY: Medium
Good health and physical fitness is necessary, i.e. you should be able to walk 15 km in winter conditions.
You don’t have to have any cross-country skiing experience (I will teach you).
This trip is not recommended to people recovering from recent injuries or operations!
You can expect a mixed-ability group. I will prioritize supervising and assisting the beginners in the group. More advanced skiers will be able to charge ahead and ski in their own pace.
MEETING TIME & LOCATION
Saturday at 8:15 at the bus station “Černý most” – outside of metro B terminus of the same name.
Expected return to Černý most is 19:30
You will receive detailed information about the trip by email a few days before the event. It will include the itinerary and instructions on how to dress and what to bring with you.
Don’t hesitate a book your place soon. This trip is limited to max. 10 participants!
PRICE: 1090Kč
The price includes round-trip bus tickets, ski set rental, basic instructions, guiding and organization
Food & drink is not included.
