Hallo Ontdekkers!
On Saturday August 4th, we’ll be visiting another little known but beautiful area of the Czech Republic: Kokorinsko Protected Landscape Area. This area is filled with unique rock formations, historical sites, and dense forests.
LOGISTICS & PLAN OF THE DAY
We’re meeting on Saturday August 4th at 8:00 am at the Ladvi metro station from where we will take the bus to Melnik and onwards from there to the town of Kokorin.
!! Buses in this direction are infrequent on weekends. We cannot afford to miss it, so please be on time !!
On the way back we’ll make us of a special train service that operates only on summer weekends and features historical train carriages! Arrival back in Prague will be around 19:00.

(15 km of hiking, some short but steep ascents)
WHAT TO BRING
Good walking shoes, water, lunch, and snacks. As there will be no opportunity for a restaurant lunch, please bring enough with you to last you through the day.

The price includes all public transport fares, guiding and organization. If you are in possession of Litacka or Open Card, please bring it with you.
Children under 16 accompanied by adult pay 150 CZK (in cash on the day)
