Half-day trip to a unique place on the fringes of Prague and hiking in one of the prettiest natural reserves in the Capital.

DIFFICULTY: Easy to medium
10 km long route, mostly on unpaved, potentially muddy marked and unmarked hiking trails.
LOGISTICS
We will meet on Sunday 11th of November, at 9:30 am at Smichovske nadrazi in the ticket hall – see the photo below.
Please allow extra time to get there – public transport is less frequent on Saturdays. Use the journey planner to plan your route.
Don’t be late, our train leaves at 9:46!
We will travel within Prague city limits – you will need Lítačka or a validated 24 CZK ticket.
The route of the hike leads along the Dalejský creek from the west to east, with a little detour to see the natural reserve Požáry.
In the Prokopske Valley
The hiking part will end around 2:00 pm in Hlubočepy and then we’ll go on an optional late lunch together in the Anděl area of Smíchov.
TAKE WITH YOU
Good, non-slippery shoes are strongly recommended. Water and a snack. Lítačka or one 24 CZK ticket! Optional – a flash light.
